Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Kundha Studio, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of each piece before it reaches you. Since our products are handmade, slight irregularities in weaving, printing, or finishing are not considered defects — they are a mark of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of your piece.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged products delivered to you.
- For any claim of physical damage, the customer must provide a clear uncut opening video of the parcel, where:
- The shipping label and parcel are clearly visible at the beginning of the video.
- The video is continuous (not edited or cut).
- The product is shown being unboxed in full.
- Claims without a proper opening video cannot be accepted.
- If you receive a defective/damaged item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with the required video and images.

- Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
⚠️ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The same product/design may not always be available. In such cases, we will offer an alternative option of equal value or store credit.
Cancellations
- No cancellations are allowed after placing an order. We aim to process your order promptly to provide you with the best service.
